Account Plans

Account Plans Tab 

To support your account ­based selling strategy, and help users find their Account plans more easily, the Account Plans tab can be exposed on the iPad and Windows Veeva CRM apps. To enable the tab, do the following:

1. Set the KAM_Enable Veeva Setting to 1.
2. Update the relationship between the Account Plan and Account objects to a lookup (if it's a master­ detail).
3. Don't forget to ensure users have visibility to Account Plans by reviewing object and field visibility and updating Vmobile Object Configuration records (VMOC records define what is synchronized to offline devices); this is particularly important if you have multiple users collaborating on Plans.
