Ship to Business Location

 When capturing sample requests, reps could select a Ship to Business Location that is different from the Call's location. 

CRM V17R1 has a new feature which allows your users to indicate a Business Ship To Location in calls with sample requests. The Ship To Location field can be placed on the Call screen. Available values are the:

  • Business Accounts associated to the primary Account
  • Sample Recipient
  • Attendee
  • Call Location using the Account hierarchy or Sphere of Influence.

The Ship To Address values are the addresses of the selected Ship To Location further filtered based on their Sample Send Status. Click Shipping Sample Requests (BRCs) to Business Locations to read more.
