Documents in CRM for iPad and Windows Device |
Documents can be pushed to the Veeva CRM iPad and Windows app. |
The Veeva CRM app can display documents and attachments outside of CLM. This is useful if you want to push reference, training, or other documents to offline devices. To make a document visible offline, make sure users have visibility to the Documents folder where the document resides, and add the text "offline" (omitting the quotes) in the Keywords field on the document record. Review your Folder and Document VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) settings to ensure documents sync correctly.
