Cycle Plans Real Time Cycle Plan Calculations |
Cycle Plan actual and scheduled Calls can be calculated in realtime online and on the iPad. |
Our June 8th webinar showcased our two activity planning modules. The (classic) Cycle Plan uses the Cycle_Plan_vod object as a header. When Cycle Plans were first launched, Call counts were calculated nightly using a batch job. But you can now calculate actual and scheduled Call counts in real time on the iPad and online! When you enable real-time calculations, you eliminate the need to remind users their Calls counts are updated nightly, but everyone should still remember to sync to get an uptodate count of total or “team” Calls in the iPad. If a user has not synched for two days, they should not expect to see the most uptodate team Call count for a Health Care Provider (HCP)! For more information about real-time calculations go here.
