Surveys for Internal Use
|You can poll your Reps using Veeva CRM.||
You may already know the Survey functionality in Veeva CRM allows your users to survey or answer questions about specific Accounts. One use case: an Account segmentation exercise. You should also be aware you can create Veeva CRM Surveys that are NOT linked to Accounts. Surveys for Internal Use can be created to get feedback from Reps around a special initiative, such as training or multichannel content feedback. To learn more about these surveys, go here.
