CLM CLM 'Save for Later' |
The Save for Later CLM button helps users have focused interactions with HCPs |
The CLM Save for Later feature allows users to show Health Care Provider's (HCPs) CLM content without letting callentry duties interrupt their conversation. While accessing content from the Media tab and reviewing it with an HCP, a user can tap Save for Later. At a later time, the user can go to My Schedule and select the placeholder for the CLM content, and generate a Call. There is no time taken away from facetoface interactions to record activity!
