Question:
Why are documents not being matched to Expected Document records in Vault using Continuous Matching?
Answer:
If the Vault is in Migration Mode, Continuous Matching does not occur on Expected Document records. Once Migration Mode is disabled, Continuous Matching continues to run as expected.
If a user needs to determine whether or not a Vault is in Migration Mode, the user needs to contact the Vault Support team by opening a Support ticket requesting that information.
