Question:
Why is the promotional item display order different in CRM for iPad than in CRM Online?
Answer:
In CRM Online, the promotional item display order explicitly defined by an Admin user is not supported. If the Promotional Item has a related product (Parent Product), it orders it by the name of the Parent Product. It is not currently possible to change this behavior since it is hard-coded. This is considered as working as designed.
In CRM Offline, the display order is supported in all product types.
