An end-user is able to access the Approved Document record in Salesforce. Product Alignment is sufficient through My Setup. However, the Email Template is not visible in the Approved Email document selector.
The Product associated with the Approved Document is part of a Detail Group, but the Detail_Group_vod__c field is blank on the Approved_Document_vod__c record.
- Populate the Detal Group (detail_group__v) field in Vault of the source document with the corresponding Detail Group record.
- Run a full or incremental sync from the Approved Email Admin console.
- The integration populates the Detail_Group_vod__c field on the Approved_Document_vod record.
