Question:
An error message appears when a user tries to import a submission using .zip or the FTP in Vault. Why is this?
Answer:
This error message appears if the imported submission does not contain its util folder. The util folder contains the Submission's dtd file. This file needs to be there for Vault to be able to validate the index.xml file properly.
The util file can be pulled from another Submission in the same application and added to the Submission, if needed, to allow the submission to be imported into Vault.
