Question:
Why does the Bulk-Add Attendees functionality work in CRM Online but not in CRM for iPad?
Answer:
In order for the Events Management Setting BULK_ADD_ATTENDEE to flow down to the iPad, the VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) for Events Management Settings(Events_Management_Settings_vod__c) must be active and have a proper WHERE clause.
Do the following steps:
- Verify that this VMOC is active and the WHERE clause is valid.
- Clear the Veeva Cache.
- Re-sync the offline device in question.
