Can an Attachment be re-rendered in Vault?
Yes. A document attachment can be re-rendered. Open a ticket with Veeva Support. Supply the following information:
- Document ID
- Major Version
- Minor Version of the Attachment
Note: To obtain this information, click on the Attachment link in the Source Document's Information Panel. In the URL the Document ID, Major Version, and Minor Version are listed on the end of the URL separated by backslashes.
Once the Support Team has this information, the Attachment can be rendered on the back-end.
In the screenshot, the Document ID is 537, the Major Version number is 0, and the Minor Version number is 1.
