An error occurs in CRM CLM Administration tab when implementing sync: Presentations "https : //veeva-support-promomats.veevavault.com::135::Approved" and "https : //veeva-support-promomats.veevavault.com::166::Approved" have the same Presentation Id: XXX.
The numbers 135 and 166 in the above error are samples here. They represent Vault document ids with this issue.
The two documents in the error have the same value for the Presentation_Id_vod__c field in Vault.
The Presentation_Id_vod__c field is required to be unique for CLM-Vault integration between different presentations. The Vault System Admin or Vault Owner need to do the following:
- Log into Vault.
- Find the document through Vault URL/ui/#doc_info/document id.
Example: https : //veeva-support-promomats.veevavault.com/ui/#doc_info/135
- Change the Presentation Id field for one of the two documents.
