Which email addresses are available when sending emails in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
Only fields that have a data type of Email are available for selection on the Send Email page.
- Be sure that users have Read Field Level Security (FLS) permissions to the email type fields
- Be sure the fields are not included in the APPROVED_EMAIL_FIELD_EXCLUSIONS Approved Email Setting.
