Why Users Cannot View Vault Annotations?

Question:

Why are Annotations not showing or hidden?

Answer:

 

When some annotations do not appear in the Document Viewer and an indication with the count of hidden annotations is displayed on the right-hand side of the document, it means that some filters are enabled.

  1. Access the annotations.
  2. Click the funnel icon to access the Filters. Disable all filters by selecting All in every category.
