The end-user receives the following error during synchronization when creating a Call:
Error :VOD_CALL2_AFTER_INSERT_TRIGGER: execution of AfterInsert caused by: System.StringException: Invalid id: <Truncated Id> Trigger.VOD_CALL2_AFTER_INSERT_TRIGGER: line <Line Number>, column <Column Number>
Truncated Id is a Salesforce ID which is truncated during synchronization and has less than 15 digits.
The Add_Details_vod__c field on the Call object has a length of 1000 characters. This field is temporarily used by the system to record the products detailed during the Call. When the Call has a number of detail products selected (15+), the Add_Details_vod field value can have a length greater than the 1000 characters. The Id Truncated that is displayed in the error is the ID that is truncated after reaching the field length.
