Can Approved Email and CLM (Closed Loop Media) be used with Sub Channels in Consent Capture?
Specifically, can Consent Type records having a Record Type of CLM or Approved Email be used with child Consent Line records having a record type of Sub Channel? Futhermore, can the Sub Channel related fields be populated in this configuration?
Approved Email does not respect consent for Sub Channels, only for Products and Content Types. Using Sub Channels in Approved Email is currently not supported.
CLM respects consent at the global level. Using Products and Sub Channels in CLM is currently not supported.
