Question:
Why are consent capture emails displayed in the My Accounts view in CRM for iPad?
Answer:
If there is no value in the Account.PersonEmail field, CRM for iPad checks the value of the first Consent Capture Email Address field. If there is a value, it displays that value in the My Accounts Tab.
If there is no value in the first Consent Capture Email address field, the application checks the second Consent Capture email field. If there is a value, it displays that value on the My Accounts Tab.
The following table illustrates which email is displayed in the My Accounts Tab when Consent Capture emails are defined.
Email Address 1 (Consent) | Email Address 2 (Consent) | Account.PersonEmail | Email Displayed in My Accounts Tab |
A | B | Null | A |
Null | B | Null | B |
Null | Null | C | C |
A | Null | C | C |
A | B | C | C |
