Why the Clone button is not available on the Advanced Coaching Report in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
The Clone button availability is determined by the following:
- Clone_vod button is placed on the page layout
- Employee_vod is not the current user
- The parent Survey_vod record meets the following:
- Status_vod = Published_vod
- Today < End_Date_vod
Additionally, there are two states of a Coaching Report that allow cloning:
- The Coaching Report's Status_vod = Completed_vod
- The Coaching Report's Status_vod = Under_Employee_Review_vod AND Recalled_Datetime_vod != NULL
