Question:
Why are the Interaction Goal values not updated on the Multichannel (MC) Target records after Goal Editing in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
This is expected behavior.
The Channel_Interactions_Goal_vod__c and Product_Interactions_Goal_vod__c values on the Target level are not automatically updated by the Goal Editing functionality or through the MCCP MCE Process.
The Goal Editing feature will update the Activity Goal values of the MC Cycle Plan Channel records after the MC_Cycle_Plan_vod__c.Goal_Edit_Status_vod__c is Approved and the MCCP MCE Process is completed.
