Why does the Samples Labels on a Call Report change to BRC?
In 19R1, the Sample section is divided into two, to match other platforms: Sample and BRC. If only BRC type products are available for the user, then only the BRC sub-section is available. Thus it appears as if the label changes.
With this change, there is no option or setting to combine the sections in the Call layout exactly as before. The label for BRC can be changed in the translation workbench (Example to: Sample Send Request).
