Why does My Tasks Widget of the Home Page not display offline in CRM for Windows?
Answer:
If after completing the configuration steps described in the Home Page section of the Online Help, the Home Page Task Widget displays online but not offline, it is likely that the user cannot edit the Salesforce Task object.
The Edit Tasks Setting of the general user permissions section in the profile page can be enabled to grant edit access to the Task Salesforce object.
