CompoundDocumentDeleteNode appears in the Action column of the System Audit Log. What does it mean and why does the Old Value column show a different document ID than the documents being worked within Vault?

Answer:

Compound Document is an old reference to Binders but is not used in production anywhere. If a binder has a document in it and the document is deleted or removed from the binder, this message appears in the System Audit Log. The document ID referenced is the section of the binder the document is removed from. This is not an error and is working as designed.
