Where do the drop-down values in the More Actions button get translated?

Answer:

The text under the More Actions option is using the Tab Label of the object (Example: Medical Inquiry). Both the values in the More Actions button and the Tab name are changed with this edit. 

To change the value:

1. Navigate to: Setup --> User Interface --> Rename Tabs and Labels (Setup --> Customize --> Tab Names and Labels --> Rename Tabs and Labels in Classic)
2. In the Custom Tabs section, click Edit for the object to be translated
3. Edit the value in the Singular field
4. Clear Veeva Cache

Both the values in the More Actions button and the Tab name are changed with this edit.
