Overview:
Write-in Event Attendees are not syncing to Concur from CRM. The error occurs on the Concur Real Time Admin page as below: Create Attendee, EA-xxxxxxx, 400, Missing attendee last name.
Root Cause:
One reason for this error is that the mapping for the LastName field for the Write-In Event Attendee is not correct. LastName on the EM_Attendee_vod object should be set to Last_Name_vod__c.
Solution:
To correct the error, do the following:
- Add the mapping LastName - Last_Name_vod__c to override the default one.
- Be sure the Admin user has permission to the Last_Name_vod__c field on the EM_Attendee_vod object.
- Submit to Concur again.
