A customer org is enabled creating Unverified mode and the user has edit Field Level Security (FLS) to the Network_Create_Unverified_vod of the Data Change Request object. However, there is no Unverified Account created. Why is a new Unverified Account not created?
A new feature called Creating Unverified Accounts by Record Type is delivered in V19R1. The configuration in the customer org does support the creation of new Unverified Accounts by Record Type.
It is because the NETWORK_UNVERIFIED_ACCOUNT_TYPES (Network Setting) is empty.
An Admin should config the Account record type which allows the user to create Unervified Account in NETWORK_UNVERIFIED_ACCOUNT_TYPES.
If the business needs do not filter the Account type for creating an Unverified record, remove Edit FLS on Network_Create_Unverified_vod of the Data Change Request object.
