What is the Recommended Approach for Handling Additional Attendees in the Veeva Concur Batch Calls Integration?
The Concur API does not support direct mapping to the Other Attendees field which is used by Concur for cost splitting. A custom CRM "Additional Attendees" field can be created, but the downside is the counts either have to be tied to individual attendees or a dummy account. It is also not very straightforward to do.
The recommended approach is to use the Other Attendees feature of the Call report. It requires additional typing compared to writing in a number, but provides better data and is more defensible from a compliance perspective.
