A Survey question number is negative in the Survey preview page when creating Survey Targets in CRM Online:
A negative question number can be caused by the following:
- The Text_vod__c field of some Survey Questions is null
- The Order_vod__c field of some Survey Questions is duplicate or the Order_vod__c field of these Survey Questions is not increased by 1 in order.
Do the following:
- Be sure Text_vod__c is populated in all Survey Questions.
- The Order_vod__c field of all Survey Questions is increased by 1 in order.
