What is the calculation logic of the Call Objective numbers in the Account Overview panel in Veeva CRM iPad?

Answer:

Indicators:

  • Overdue - Call Objectives with a Due Date before today
  • At Risk - Call Objectives with a Due Date in the next CALL_OBJECTIVES_ALERT_THRESHOLD_DAYS_vod days
  • On Schedule - Call Objectives with a Due Date past today

The calculation for these Call Objective numbers are shown below:

  • Overdue 
    Completed_Flag_vod = FALSE AND Recurring_vod = FALSE AND Today() > To_Date_vod
  • At Risk 
    Completed_Flag_vod = FALSE AND Recurring_vod = FALSE AND Today() <= To_Date_vod AND (Today() >= From_Date_vod OR (From_Date_vod IS NULL) AND To_Date_vod - Today() >= CALL_OBJECTIVES_ALERT_THRESHOLD_DAYS_vod.
  • On Schedule 
    Completed_Flag_vod = FALSE AND (Today() <= To_Date_vod OR To_Date_vod IS NULL) AND (Today() >= From_Date_vod OR (From_Date_vod IS NULL)
