What is the Original Source of a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
When a user makes a copy of a document, the Based on section will be added in the Relationships tab. If a copy is made of the copied document, a new section called Original Source will be added.
This enables traceability between the original and its copies. Users can view if a document has been copied from the Where Used report for the source document.
