When an Account is invited as an Attendee and Speaker in a CRM Event Online, duplicated Attendee Information is created.
Example: A user adds one Account as an Attendee in an Event. Then the same Account is added again as Speaker. Duplicated Attendee Information is created.
This is working as designed.
Currently, only CRM iPad effectively blocks this case on the UI by showing the speaker as already added to the Event when the user goes to search and add attendees.
The user should consider raising a product enhancement as needed.
