The user has enabled My Domain in the org and setup MY_DOMAIN Veeva Message accordingly. However, when the user clicks Go Online button in CRM iPad, an error appears: The URL can't be shown.
In MY_DOMAIN Veeva Message, the user set the Text without the prefix of https://.
- Add the prefix https:// to the Text of MY_DOMAIN.
It appears as: https://mydomain.cs6.my.salesforce.com
- Clear Veeva Cache.
- Sync again to get the update.
