Question:
A user clicks the Unsubscribe link in an Approved Email for Consent Capture. Why are products that are not opt-in still selected by default on Unsubscribe page of CRM?
Answer:
This is currently working as designed. The current behavior is that opt-out products are unchecked. All products other than opt-out are checked by default.
