Overview:

When creating a new Modeling Project in Align, an error occurs: Invalid value [XXXXXXX] specified for parameter [project_owner__aln] : Object record ID does not resolve to a valid active [user__sys].

Root Cause:

The end-user does not have the All Object Record Read access.

Solution:

Find the permission set that the end-user needs and enable the All Object Record Read access for the end-user:
