The Call Record Type is editable while logging a Call against Business Accounts in case the zvod_Unique_Group_Activities_vod marker field is added to the specific Call Page Layout.
In order to restrict the ability to edit the Call Record Type, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Setup --> Create --> Objects --> Call --> Page Layouts.
- Click on Edit for the specific Call Page Layout.
- Remove the zvod_Unique_Group_Activities_vod marker field from the Layout.
- Click on Save.
- Clear Veeva Cache.
- Perform a database refresh.
