What Controls the Visibility of the Events Management Success and Failure Columns in the CLM/Approved Email Administration Console in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
The following columns appear in case the Approved Email CRM Integration (Connection). The user has:
- Create and Edit Object Permission on the EM_Event_Rule_vod__c and EM_Topic_Material_vod__c objects.
- Edit Field Permission (FLS) on the Events_Management_Subtype_vod__c field of the Approved_Document_vod__c object.
- Be sure to do the following:
- Clear the Veeva Cache.
- Run Force Full Refresh in the Approved Email Administration tab.
Note: Due to the introductions of Engage For Events (Virtual Events) and the deprecation of Engage Webinars, the CLM Events Management integration is obsolete.
