Question:

How are the Survey Target records sorted on the Survey Target Tab on CRM for iPad? 

Answer:

The Survey Targets will be sorted as follows:

1. The primary sort will be by alert based on the existing alert logic. These will be sorted to the top.
2. The secondary sort is alphabetical (from A to Z). One Time and Recurring Surveys are sorted by Account Last Name and User Surveys by Survey Target Name.

Currently, it is not possible to change the order.
