Survey Target is Not Added Automatically When Saving a Survey for Internal Use in Online CRM

Overview:

The Survey Administrator has created a survey for internal use and selected the Autotarget_vod field. The Survey Target is not added automatically when saving the Survey record.

Root Cause:

The Administrator should set up publishing through the Veeva MultiChannel Engine. Use the new Territories_vod field for multiple territory selections in order to publish an Internal Survey. 

The Survey page layout places the Territory_vod field (not Territories_vod) to select the territory.

Solution:

Use the Territories_vod field on the Survey page layout to select the territory.
