Question:

Why are some of the task comments not displayed in the task comment column of object workflow reports?

Answer:

In the object workflow configuration, a comment can be configured under Prompt for Comments. It also can be configured under Prompt for Verdicts. 

Currently, the Task Comment column in a Workflow Report only appears for the Prompt for Comments case, but not the Prompt for Verdicts case.
