Certain Sent Email Record Types add to the warning threshold count while others are not added. The following Record Types are not counted:

• Case
• CoBrowse_Invite_vod
• Double_Opt_In_vod
• Email_Receipt_vod
• Medical_Inquiry_vod
• Remote_Meeting_Invite_vod
