In order to translate the Account History Related List, follow the steps:

1. Navigate to Setup --> Rename Tabs and Labels.
2. Select the preferred Language.
3. Click Edit next to the Accounts.
4. Click Next.
5. Navigate to the Other Labels Section and find Account History.
