Answer:
Manage Viewable Rendition permission is needed.
In order to display speaker notes in a viewable rendition, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Ellipsis menu and select PowerPoint Rendition Settings.
- Select Speaker Notes in the Layout drop-down bar and click OK.
