Overview:
When a user runs the Create Presentation action, Vault creates the binder correctly. However, there are no slides contained in the binder.
Root Cause:
There are non-supported file types within the source document where Create Presentation is being used.
Solution:
- Right-click on the Source File in question.
- Using a ZIP utility (Windows ZIP or 7 ZIP for example) to extract the files in the same manner a .zip folder is created.
- This creates a new folder. Open the folder.
- Open the Media folder.
This lists all of the image and media files included in the PPTX file. Compare the file types within the document to the supported file types within Vault.
