Overview:
When using the Create Presentation action on a new version of an Original Source Document of an existing Multichannel Presentation, the option to Update all slides is not visible.
Root Cause:
The application is working as designed. The user is seeing the below prompt because new slides are manually added to the presentation.
The Update all slides option is only visible when there are no changes to the number of slides in the presentation.
Solution:
If the user wishes to update the presentation, enter the slide numbers of the added slides in the Create slides based on added pages. Alternatively, the user may select the create new slides option to update all the slides in the presentation.
