Overview:
A user receives the following error when syncing from CRM Offline:
Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1001 "The request timed out."
Root Cause:
This occurs when the Offline application was placed in the background or lost connection during sync.
Solution:
The user should leave the application in the foreground on a strong internet connection for the entire sync process.
