How are Account View, Account List and Cycle Plan displayed in the Scheduler Section of My Schedule in CRM?
Answer:
The Accounts View, Account List, and Cycle Plan appear in the Accounts dropdown list in the Scheduler section of My Schedule based on the following criteria:
- Any View or List that is owned by the current user
- Any View that is public (Public_vod__c = true)
- Any active Cycle Plan that is owned by the current user
- Any active Cycle Plan that is in the same territory as the user or is directly below the user's territory in the territory hierarchy is displayed.
