How can another user's profile information be updated in Vault?
Answer:
If a user needs to update another user's profile information, such as changing the email address, resetting the password, etc., request that the Vault Owners or Administrators make the changes using these steps:
- Navigate to Admin --> Business Admin --> Users, and click to open a User record’s detail page.
- Click Edit and modify the information as needed.
- Click Save when finished. On save, Vault synchronizes and populates any modified shared fields for the domain user.
If the information of Vault Owners or Administrators is not available, open a ticket with Veeva Product Support.
