Is it possible to change the time zone on an eSignature page in Vault?

Answer:

Time Zones on eSignature pages are unable to be changed currently. 

Vault generally displays dates and times that are adjusted to the current user’s selected time zone. However, on signature pages, the signature date and time appear in UTC/GMT.
