Why is the Update Widget (Veeva Update) missing from CRM for iPad?
Answer:
The App Store version of CRM for iPad removes the Update Widget with the expectation that users can install future updates in the same manner as any other iOS app.
To verify the Offline Application version currently installed on a user's device:
- Click the More tab --> Options.
- In the General tab, the App ID of the App Store version is com.veevasystems.Veeva.
