Attachment Names in Veeva CRM for iPad are non-configurable and use the following format:

Date of attaching (yyyy-mm-dd) + T + Time of attaching (hh:mm:ss.ms) + Z + Object Type + file type extension

Example:

2020-02-19T15:26:26.484Z Account.jpg

The name of such Attachments may be amended Online.
